Barbero Militar reconoce que aquel no era el corte de pelo que le hubiera gustado; quería que se lo raparan a cepillo riguroso, como a aquel caballero rubio que lucía una cabeza esférica, resplandeciente como una bola de oro. Los detalles y anécdotas que aquí aparecen dotan de autenticidad al relato. Las expresiones que utilizan los personajes son totalmente creíbles.
